This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not do with Plain Upscaler, including its AI image, video, enhancement, restoration, and media-processing tools. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to every account, prompt, upload, output, and workflow on the platform.

1. Core Rule

Use the Service only for lawful, authorized, and non-harmful purposes. If a use case is unsafe, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit, or illegal, it is not allowed.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Plain Upscaler to request, generate, upload, transform, enhance, remove watermarks from, export, or distribute content that involves any of the following:

• Sexual content, nudity, sexually explicit acts, fetish content, pornographic material, or NSFW content of any kind.
• Sexually suggestive material, including undressing, explicit body focus, twerking, erotic roleplay, or content designed to sexualize a person.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, or age-inappropriate content.
• Non-consensual sexual content, deepfakes, revenge porn, voyeuristic content, or intimate imagery without clear authorization.
• Illegal, violent, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or abusive content.
• Self-harm promotion, terrorism, extremist propaganda, or criminal instructions.
• Fraud, impersonation, scams, phishing, identity theft, forged documents, or deceptive advertising.
• Copyright, trademark, publicity-right, or other intellectual-property infringement, including unauthorized use of copyrighted characters, brand assets, or licensed media.
• Attempts to remove watermarks, ownership notices, or attribution from third-party content unless you hold the necessary rights and permissions.

3. Rights and Authorization

You must have the rights needed for the content you upload and the outputs you request. That means:

• You own the content, or
• You have a valid license, written permission, or another legal basis to use it.

If you submit images, videos, logos, voices, likenesses, or brand assets belonging to someone else, you are responsible for making sure you are authorized to do so.

4. AI Prompt and Upload Screening

To protect users, payment infrastructure, and the platform, Plain Upscaler may screen prompts and uploads before processing them. We may block, rate-limit, review, or reject content that appears unsafe, restricted, or likely to violate this Policy.

If a request is flagged by our safety systems or payment-partner requirements, it may be denied even if you believe the content is benign.

5. Marketing and Commercial Use Restrictions

You may not use the Service to build or market products, campaigns, or galleries that imply:

• We are affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by third-party model creators or trademark owners.
• The Service supports NSFW, uncensored, unfiltered, or adult generation.
• You have rights to third-party media, brands, or watermarked assets when you do not.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, refuse requests, revoke credits, suspend features, terminate accounts, or cooperate with payment partners and law enforcement when we reasonably believe this Policy has been violated.

Repeated violations or severe violations may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.
