What this image watermark remover does

One image per run, one flat price, and a result you can check before you use it.

Run image watermark remover · 10 credits

Paste a link or upload a file

Use a direct HTTPS link to an image, or upload a PNG, JPG or WEBP up to 10 MB.

One flat price per image

A run costs 10 credits for one image, whatever its dimensions. The cost is on the run button before you start.

PNG, JPEG or WEBP output

Pick PNG for sharp edges and transparency, JPEG for photos, or WEBP for lighter files.

Check it before you publish

Small logos and corner stamps tend to clean up best. Large or semi-transparent marks over detailed areas can leave traces, so compare with the original.

How to remove a watermark from an image

Four steps, one image at a time. Typical uses are screenshots, product mockups, thumbnails and reference images you have the right to edit.

  1. Step 1

    Add the watermarked image

Paste an HTTPS link to the image, or upload a PNG, JPG or WEBP file. You are asked to sign in first if you have not.

  2. Step 2

    Choose the output format

Keep PNG for sharp edges and transparency, JPEG for photos, or WEBP for lighter files.

  3. Step 3

    Start the 10-credit run

Press run. The tool shows progress while the AI rebuilds the area under the watermark.

  4. Step 4

    Compare and download

Check the cleaned image against the original, then download it if it is good enough for your use.

Tip: start from the largest copy of the image you have. More surrounding detail gives the AI more to match.

Image watermark remover questions

Short answers about links, cost, accounts and permission.

Can I remove a watermark from an image URL?

Yes, if the link points straight to an image file (PNG, JPG or WEBP). Paste it into the box above. A link to a web page or gallery is not an image, so save the picture and upload it instead. The service has to be able to open the link, so private or expiring links can fail.

How much does it cost?

Each run costs 10 credits for one image, shown on the run button. Credit plans and packs are listed on the pricing page.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Uploading and running need a signed-in account, so the run button opens sign-in first. Credits are only used when a run starts.

Will the watermark disappear completely?

Often it is hard to see afterwards, but nothing is guaranteed. Small, isolated marks clean up best; large, repeated or semi-transparent marks over detailed textures can leave traces. Compare with the original before you use the result.

Can I remove any watermark?

Only use it on images you own or have permission to edit. A watermark often marks someone else's rights, and removing it from work you do not have rights to can break the owner's terms or the law. Our acceptable use policy applies.

Before you run it

When removing a watermark works and when it does not

The tool rebuilds the pixels under the mark from what surrounds it. That is easy when the surroundings are simple and hard when they are not.

Cases that usually clean up well

Small logos, corner stamps and thin text over smooth backgrounds such as sky, walls, studio backdrops or flat colour leave plenty of clean neighbouring pixels to copy.

Screenshots, mockups and mood-board images with a single mark away from the subject are the typical fit.

Cases that can leave traces

Large marks across faces, text, fine patterns or busy foliage hide the detail the AI has to reconstruct. Marks repeated over the whole image and semi-transparent overlays are harder still.

If the result shows a smear or a repeated texture, treat it as a draft rather than a final file. Nothing is guaranteed, which is why the comparison step exists.

What to do with the clean image

If the cleaned image is small or soft, run it through the Plain Upscaler to add resolution, and compare again before you export.

Keep the original file. The cleaned copy is a new image, and you may want the original if you try a different crop.

Pre-run checklist

  • You own the image or have permission to edit it
  • You are using the largest copy you have
  • A pasted link opens a single image file, not a web page
  • You will compare the result with the original before using it
